- Student Dining Hall.
- Student Cafeteria.
- Basic Training Restaurant.
- Advance Training Restaurant.
In the Student dining hall the second year students learning bulk cooking
practice bulk food service. There are cafeteria line on average of
400 students are serve lunch in the dining hall in two batches of about 200
persons. The student cafeteria is manage by the student training in the bakery &
confectionary lab. The bakery goods produced by the them made available to the
student on nominal payment basis. Student basis to display food attractively to
merchandize it effectively.
This is the facilities in which the students learn café style food service in
the restaurant all the food service in this restaurant comes plated from the
kitchen. The students also learn to serve nonalcoholic beverage cigarette &
cigar and hot beverage in this Restaurant.
Advance Training Restaurant:- this is the
facilities where the student practice the high class French & Russian service.
The foods from the kitchen comes displayed in variable platters and dishes which
is very skill fully serve all to the dinner plates by the students. In this
Restaurant the student learn to carve large pieces of joints on the table size
trolley and also do finish specially items on the table size gueridon trolley .
the students also learn to serve various alcoholic and mixes drinks from to
attached bar. The students also takes turn to trained the bar and prepare
various drinks.
